What happens on the day:

This package will include the following-

-Learn about and sample chocolates made from the best cocoa beans from around the world
-Learn what flavours go best with which type of chocolate – sample flavours such as English lemon and poppy seed white chocolate and Indian Chai flavoured milk chocolate
-Guests are divided in to groups and experiment with flavouring their own chocolate with a vast array of rare and exotic ingredients
-Make the ultimate chocolate cocktail - even the glass is dipped in chocolate
-Savoury chocolate tasting and making - Taste chocolate balsamic and olive oil dip as well as goat’s cheese tapenade with rich dark chocolate
-Taste Exotic truffles paired with dessert wine
-Discover our top secret chocolate recipe – handed down to us by a French master chocolatier (it’s an nations favourite . . . but with a twist !)
-Take home your own exotically flavoured giant chocolate buttons

Need to know:

-Minimum age: 18
-Nuts, Nut Products and Food Allergies - All chocolate and other ingredients used in the provision of the Services may contain traces of nuts or nut products, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, My Chocolate exclude their liability to you for any allergies or other reactions to nuts, nut products or other food products which may arise
-Courses run most Sunday evenings and selected weekday evenings, subject to availability
-You should allow approximately 2-2 ½ hours for the whole experience
-Please bear in mind timings may vary on the day depending on the class size, please take this into account if you are arranging transportation
-Once a date is booked for the experience it cannot be changed or cancelled
-Disabled access is available with prior notice, if you require this facility then please advise us at the time of booking (one person is able to accompany the participant without charge)
-Water is provided for each participant

How it works:

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
