To become a shareholder, you must follow the enclosed share registration instructions, providing us with your name and address.  Your details are then registered, you will become a legal shareholder in Playboy Enterprises Inc, and your Playboy share certificate will be dispatched to you.  The share certificate will display your name and is a piece of artwork in itself. It bears the famous logo, engraved signatures of both Hugh Hefner and his daughter, Christie and a beautiful picture of a lady carrying a globe.  As an official shareholder, you will receive information directly from the company; this may include annual reports and invitations to company meetings.
