What happens on the day:
The gleaming carriages of the Orient-Express British Pullman adorned in umber and cream livery wait as stewards, in their immaculate uniforms, welcome you on board the train.Your steward will show you to your reserved seat in one of eleven carriages, each an original masterpiece from the 1920's or 1930's with their own name and unique personality.The itinerary of the day will differ according to each destination. Need to know:
- Minimum age 18.
- Smart day wear is appropriate (such as jacket and tie for men), you are kindly asked not to wear jeans or trainers.
- We are able to accommodate passengers with slight walking difficulties although we recommend they are accompanied by an able-bodied passenger. Please note however, that some excursions may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties and we recommend that you check prior to booking.
- We regret that the dimensions and layout of the train are not suitable for wheelchair bound passengers.
