How it works:
- Your gift recipient will receive a stylish gift pack containing the experience gift voucher, a mini-brochure explaining what will happen on the day, instructions on how to book the experience and (if you'd like) a short personal message from you.
- They can then choose a time and date that is suitable for them.
- Experience vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase
What happens on the day:
When you arrive the facilities and services available to you will be explained, together with the treatments included in your day. The format of the Relaxation Day will vary at each location but typically you can spend about 6-8 hours there.
Please be aware that you will be sharing the facilities with other guests which may include families with children.

- Minimum age 18
- Suitable for women or men
- Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer
- Not all venues are available 7 days a week
- Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy
- Treatments at some venues are 30 mins each which will include customer changing time
- The Relaxation Day experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue
